Mientras en la sociedad y en las organizaciones, el flujo de información recorre todos los ámbitos de manera esponencial y con expansión rizomática, esencialmente via internet y administrada pricipalmente de manera móvil, lo que no podemos hacer es “encasillarla” a modo de SILOS estáticos, dentro de estas mismas entidades…. Si necesitamos que estas informaciones recorran caminos no solo de transmision, como se hacia antes, sino de análisis, retroalimentación….y para hacerlo se han de emplear planteamientos de Inteligencia artificial, lo restringido, estandarizado, prescriptivo…debe desaparecer.

Pero el aumento del acceso a la información con la instalación de una red social en la empresa para sustituir las viejas intranet , ya inservibles y una ofimática que…

Schooling and institutionalized education have become removed from true, instinctual, and human/humane learning.  Humans have been learning since the beginning of time with major discoveries and innovations historically and currently emerging in spite of school.  This is the biggest problem I have with schools – most are contrived and coercive and do not honor the innate human need and desire to learn, discover, and evolve.
